I have been swimming for about 8 years at this pool and the pool service is amazing

I have a place here, I come all the time. The pool is immaculate.

I own a handful of properties in the Miramar Beach area and have had experiences with several pool services, often to mixed reviews. I found Ryan who has gone above and beyond just standard maintenance. He ensures the pool is cleaned before guests arrive - often times doing same day checks, he regularly updates me on the shape of my yard and property (pointing out things I need to address that are not even his responsibility), and even helps out for seemingly simple things that mean a ton to a property owner who doesn't have a local presence in the area. Ryan and his team have taken care of my cartridge filters, my sand filters, and will soon be managing by hot tubs as well. His work ethic and understanding of the business is unmatched. When managing and owning a property you need your team (cleaners, handyman, HVAC). When managing/owning Florida Real Estate, the pool support is a vital piece to the puzzle. Ryan treats the pool and my properties as if I was there (frankly even better). Highly recommend.

5 star rating, I called them with a problem and they were out the next day and took care of the situation. Went above and beyond and actually reprogrammed my spa. Now even I can’t screw it up.

I have used King of the Sea for over two years. I manage HOA and they have about 6 of my pools . Pools always look great and if there is a problem with anything they let me know and get the problem fixed quickly. If you need a great pool service they are the ones to go to.

Ryan and the King of the Sea team are top notch. They truly care about their clients and the guests staying in our vacation rental home. He always makes sure the pool is in great working order and even watches our rental calendar and makes sure his team is on site when a new guest is coming in, so they have a pristine pool upon their arrival. He also goes above and beyond and lets me know if there are any issues in the yard or on the exterior of the house. Again, this is because he cares. He believes that our success is his success and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. If you’re looking for someone to have in your corner and take great care of your pool, you can stop looking.
